Traditional sock knitting still required lasting (where shoes are shaped using glue or heat fusion)—but molding eliminates sock elasticity, completely contradicting barefoot philosophy. We had to rethink shoemaking entirely, developing revolutionary knitting and yarn technology. Our innovative 5-zone elastic structure enables comprehensive foot shape adaptation, preserving sock elasticity while delivering complete coverage and support.
